GTL Probe Stations For 2009

GigaTest probe stations are very popular for PCB probing.  They are a unique combination of precision and flexibility, and are indispensible when paired with a TDR scope or VNA, for measurements on interconnects.

Test Fixtures and Boards

Our popular services include measuring and characterizing interconnects like semiconductor packages and test sockets.  We sell the precision test fixures used to probe and measure these.  These include BGA package fixtures and test socket measurement fixtures.

Agilent Test Equipment

We re-sell and support the key measurement tools used for high speed digital engineering, including TDR oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers and multi-port VNAs.

Precision Loads
We sell a line of custom coax loads and probes used on DUT boards with ATE testers.  These are commonly used with Schlumberger and Teradyne digital and mixed-signal testers, and include high impedance, low capacitance loads, with various adapter types.

Agilent ADS

We have more than 10 years of experience with Agilent's industry standard design tools.  In addition to the licenses and support for these tools, we can also provide our custom measurement and modeling templates, and training for those using these tools for Signal Integrity applications.
